The West 64th thru 67th Streets Block Association is working to ensure that the construction of the Extell building between 64th thru 67th Streets has minimal impact on the quality of life of our neighborhood. For more information:

If you have complaints about noise, traffic, air quality, etc..., it’s important to follow the process below:

1. Take photos/videos documenting the complaint including time and date stamp.
2. Call 311 and get complaint number by phone and/or email (you can also download the 311 App or register a complaint via their website, https://www1.nyc.gov/311/index.page).
3. Communicate about each complaint with the contractor via email at 36west66thst@lendlease.com or by phone at 212-448-3995 (note: Lend Lease promises to respond to complaints within 15 minutes of leaving the message).
4. Your building may want to archive its complaints internally. Please consider establishing a point person to compile your building's complaints and documentation.
5. In order for our community to archive complaints and put greater pressure on the contractor, send your complaints and documentation to the Community Board (office@cb7.org) and Block Association (6467blockassociation@gmail.com).
