It's a process.

Every new athlete to the program will be evaluated to determine strengths and weaknesses. Deficits will be identified and given priority. However, the evaluation process may take several sessions in order to get a complete picture of the athlete's abilities.

It's a process.

At all phases of the training process, regular assessment and progress reports are provided.

[For younger athletes, parents are expected to be engaged in the development process.]

Did I mention, it's a process??

What that means is that results WILL NOT be seen after just one session. Sure, drop-in sessions are offered (see pricing below). However, REAL athletic development takes more than an hour of your life.

If you are interested in REAL development, invest in the process.
