This document is to assist leaders with assessing the appropriate disciplinary action to take against a member of the unit who has broken the rules.  It will outline the appropriate procedures and processes on how to carry out counseling's, and other disciplinary actions as needed.  These are basic guidelines to help leaders, and any additional actions that the leader feels need to be taken should be discussed between them and upper leadership
