614 Y.PA. is empowerment agency is here to give youth and community tools to help better their way of life.

614 Y.P.A. has change their name from 'Youth Rise Against All Odds' for many reasons to be legit and be the best it should be in order to service the community by providing services and programs that will an Impact.

614 Y.P.A was formed in 1996 with the mission to educate high risk youth who has no idea of their future in self awareness how to make work in their home, community, school, and church.

This is just the beginning

614 Youth Prevention Agency is a, Community Outreach Agency , our goals is to provide educational youth prevention workshops and after-school activities for middle and high school students in Central Ohio; to provide empowerment groups for individual and families to become self-sufficient and Christmas Assistance for holiday, Community Awareness projects, After- School programs, Clothing Boutique and much more to help those in need.

All donations received will help get a build to house all of these programs.

614 YPA is a multi-faceted organization Columbus, Ohio believes everyone deserves a chance to have a better life by providing workshops preventions, mini workshops, we will reach out to individuals who feel lost and need guidance.

614 YPA ensures that everyone we meet will receives unique and helpful attention. While mainly catering to middle and high school students. 614 YPA also helps adults.

614 YPA will be working diligently to provide guidance to the community we serve. Our workshops will cover important topics such as bullying, teen pregnancy, violence, and drug and alcohol use. By proactively reaching out to at-risk youth.

614 YPA will provides necessary tools in order to help the youth to make the right choices as well as guidance for their future into adulthood.

614 YPA believes that each one of us can help change someone else’s life for the better

614 YPA will provides Outreach services in the areas of:

• Apprenticeship training: for a practitioner of a new trade or profession with on-the-job

training and 12 weeks of classroom education

• Networking with businesses, other youth agencies, churches, and schools

• Educational field trips | University and College connections

• Art Culture which provide opportunities to use art as a tool for creativity

• Leadership programs: mentoring support, and peer pressure groups class which address a key opponent that youth face daily

Program Goals:

614 YPA get to the next level to service the community in need

• To continue to seek funding for programs and services, charitable purposes and expand programs for youth services

• To create an advisory board and cultivate our own network of volunteers

• To open a food pantry and clothing boutique to assist Central Ohio residents in need
