Buyer or Seller's Market?
The understanding and the signing of these documents allows us to perform the duties of a buyers agent for our clients.
The time of service and the amount of compensation for that service is negotiable. In most circumstances we ask to be compensated 3 percent of the purchase price of the home.
A buyers agents compensation may be paid in 3 ways:
✅ First by the buyer
✅ By the seller if offered
✅ Or a combination of both to be negotiated with the offer.

These documents must be signed either in person or via e-signature and returned to the buyers agent before viewing a home virtually or in person.
