The MHS 603 Main Street Rental Housing offers units at a range of affordable rental rates under BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund. 603 Main Street contains MLEM (M'akola Low-End of Market) and MRGI (M'akola Rent Geared to income) units.
If your household income is below BC Housing’s Housing Income Limits, you may qualify for ‘M'akola Rent Geared to Income (MRGI)’ units. Applicants who are interested in and qualify for Rent Geared to Income units must apply to the Housing Registry. Applicants for the building’s RGI units will be selected from the Housing Registry.
If you are a moderate earner whose income exceeds the Housing Income Limits, you may be eligible for non-subsidized housing. Please follow the below link to be added onto the Waitlist for housing.
