      Timeline for Instrumental Music

1.   Sign-up Form and Loan Agreement Due:   Friday, September 6th

             ***forms may be turned in to your child’s homeroom teacher or directly to Mrs. Sherman

             ***these are the ONLY two forms that need to be returned (please keep the rest and the folder)

             ***loan agreements are only included for students borrowing instruments from the school

             ***Sign up forms are only included for families who did not already sign up last year in Spring 2024 

2.   Instruments/materials Obtained By: Friday, September 13th

3.   Instrumental Music Parent Meeting:  Tuesday, September 10th 

          (must log in through a BCPS device or student account)

Where: Virtual on Google Meet          When: RFES – 6-6:45PM Wellwood – 7-7:45PM

4.   First week of instrumental classes:    Sept. 16th-20th

           ***students are expected to bring their instrument, music folder, pencil and textbook to class     

           *** if students had their instruments delivered to the school, they will be distributed this week in class
