· Reading zone unit 25 – Story “Saint of the Gutters”
o Read story and complete the activities (A-E)
o Complete dictionary work on any words you don’t understand
· Bun go Barr - Amadán Aibreáin
o Read back over the story and complete activities D and E on pg 127 and G and H on pg 128.
- G and H are opoosites e.g. mór agus beag (big and small)
· Léigh sa bháile – Continue reading 1 page a day and complete the questions
· My Read at home – Continue reading 1 page a day and complete the questions
· Ceartlitriú – Unit 19 - Súil Siar E
o Revision work from last few units on pgs 69-71
- No learning of spellings this week.
· My Spelling workbook – Pick a unit you want and learn the revision spellings in this unit. Again someone could ask you these on Friday as a test.
· Tables - Keep up learning your tables each week and test yourself on Friday. Anyone with brothers or sisters playing tables games with them would be a fun way to learn them.
Below is a Science experiment for this week. It is based on Covid-19. There is a powerpoint on Covid-19 and some hands on experiments that people could try at the end. There is a template page "My Scientific Experiment" that if you could print and write up your experiment and take photos of it that would be great. If you can't print the template page just follow the steps and write it out in your copybook the same as the template page please.
