The New Pilot Program here at 5J Airlines helps newer pilots who only have the Single or Multi engine license, when you're invited into the airline ingame and show proof of your licenses, you can become part of the New Pilot Program.
When you show your licenses, you can go 1 of 2 routes through the NPP

Route 1 - Single Engine
-Be Invited to 5J Airlines Ingame
-Show your highest license (Single Engine)
-Given KC-100
-Reach Multi Engine
-Given Saab 340
-Reach Jet Engine
-Choose a Jet of Choice (Fokker 100 or CRJ-200)
-Graduate from the NPP!
Route 2 - Multi Engine
-Be Invited to 5J Airlines Ingame
-Show your highest license (Multi Engine)
-Given Saab 340
-Reach Jet Engine
-Choose a Jet of Choice (Fokker 100 or CRJ-200)
-Graduate from the NPP!
