These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AVADO mobile application and services ("Service") provided by SOOQA Int. ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use AVADO. Use of the Service by anyone under 13 is prohibited.

2. User Account

• You are responsible for your account's security and activity.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Access to premium features requires a subscription via Apple, Google, or other integrated platforms.
  
  

• All billing is handled by third-party platforms; their terms apply.
  
  

• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use AVADO in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Modify or reverse engineer the app
  
  

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
  
  

• Copy or redistribute content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your data. By submitting data, you grant us permission to use it for personalization and analytics purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of SOOQA Int. or its licensors.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or any misuse.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved under German jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the changes.

Additional Terms for Apple App Store (iOS Users)

In accordance with Apple’s requirements:

1. Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and SOOQA Int., not Apple. SOOQA Int. is solely responsible for AVADO and its content.
   
   

2. Scope of License: Your license is non-transferable and allows usage only on Apple-branded products under Apple’s usage rules and Family Sharing.
   
   

3. Maintenance and Support: SOOQA Int. provides support for AVADO. Apple has no obligation to support the app.
   
   

4. Warranty: If AVADO fails to meet any warranty, notify Apple for a refund. Apple is not liable for other warranty obligations.
   
   

5. Product Claims: SOOQA Int. is responsible for all product liability and compliance claims regarding AVADO.
   
   

6. IP Claims: SOOQA Int. is responsible for any IP claims related to AVADO.
   
   

7. Legal Compliance: You confirm you are not located in a U.S.-sanctioned country or on any restricted U.S. party list.
