By train:
From Lisbon Airport, you will need to go to Oriente Station (Estação Oriente) from where you can take the train. You can get there either by underground metro (red line) or taxi — the trip takes around 10 minutes. Trains to Coimbra depart about every hour, and the journey takes roughly 2 hours.
Coimbra has one train station: Coimbra-B (Estação Velha – Old Station), where all long-distance trains stop.
