Wifi Access is in the welcome binder in the kitchen.
Please limit the number of guests to eight or less and no more than four cars.
Please don’t park on the lawn or shared driveway.
Neighbors would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down from 10 PM and 8 AM.
Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please have trash in the receptacle before 6 AM for pickup. Anything within 10 feet of the trash receptacle will be considered trash. Please check ALL belongings before pickup.
The lawn is mowed weekly but the day can change depending on the weather.
No smoking inside the home. Please don’t burn candles.
The candles on the log in the fireplace are battery operated and can be turned on/off with the button on the bottom of the candle.
You are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the basement. Please be careful on the stairs or use the bulkhead to access the basement.
The colored plates and cups are microwave and dishwasher safe.
Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, coolers and boogie boards are in the shed. You are welcome to use the shed for storage during your visit.
The Wifi router and the solar panel converter are on the desk in the upstairs bedroom. Please keep these both plugged in at all times.
The whole house generator may turn on if the house loses power. The generator is the Generac box next to the chimney. It turns on and off automatically.
At the End of Your Stay
Turn off the lights and air conditioners.
If moved, please return furniture to the original spot when you leave.
Empty dishwasher, washer and dryer. Check closets and drawers for personal items.
Leave all trash in the Frazier receptacle on the driveway.
Please plan your departure for 10:00 AM on Saturday to assist us staying on time to prepare for our next guest.
