Corporation Beach and Howes Street Beach are two of the most popular, family-friendly beaches on Cape Cod. These sandy bayside beaches are just a short walk from the house. The beaches connect to one another but have separate parking lots.
You are close enough to stroll to the shore with your morning coffee, spend the afternoon exploring the flats at low tide, or catch the sunset at the end of the day. Best of all, there’s no need to wait in line or pay for parking - just head to the beach whenever you’re ready.
Be sure to check the tide chart before heading out. At low tide, the water recedes and reveals expansive sand flats that are great for walking, exploring, and kids to play on.
The Corporation Beach side has restrooms, a snack shack, and swings. The Howes Street Beach side is typically quieter and less crowded.
Princess Beach is a small freshwater pond beach located a short drive from the house at 194 Scargo Hill Road.
The sandy beach area offers shade along the tree line and is a great option for younger swimmers or for a calmer beach day away from the ocean. During the summer season, the beach has lifeguards and restrooms available.
Please note, parking stickers are required during daytime hours.
The Town of Dennis offers a one week sticker for $100 or a daily pass for $35 (credit card only) if you'd like to explore more of the Dennis beaches. Visit the Town of Dennis website HERE for more information.
