Build Comprehension with Tech Tools for Fluency

Session Description: Research shows that slow reading can hinder students' ability to grasp content, making improving reading fluency a pivotal step in enhancing comprehension. During this hands-on workshop, our edtech coaches will show you how to leverage technology to improve reading fluency. Whether you're seeking to reinforce fluency skills, provide targeted interventions, or create motivating reading experiences, this workshop will equip you with knowledge and resources that will help you make a significant impact.

As a result of this session, educators will:

1. Understand the relationship between reading fluency and comprehension.

2. Explore three edtech strategies for enhancing reading fluency.

3. Plan for the use of technology-enhanced reading fluency strategies.
