The Richard D. King Annual Youth Speech Contest is open to all high school students within Rotary District 5170. Students are eligible to compete in only one club-level speech contest and must not enter another club’s contest if they have competed at a different Rotary club.

Contestants can win up to $1,550 by winning first place at all contest levels.
