The Role of the Commander is to Oversee everything that goes on beneath him/her. The Commander has the final say over what happens within the regiment.

Duties are to Oversee all current Officers and promote those who are active, completing quota, keep roster/documents up to date and making sure the Officer core is stable at all times.

Can Promote Up to COL within 501st.

The Role of the Vice Commander is to assist the commander with making decisions for the regiment, keep roster/documents up to date and help officers with their duties.

The Vice Commander Main goal is to Help promote confident & well Performing Senior NCO's into Officers. Mainly making sure the NCO activity is good and active during their time.

Can Promote Up to LTCOL within 501st.

The Role of the Officer within 501st is to assist with keeping activity up within 501st, such as doing Simulations and Hosting Tryouts & Trainings.

The Duties of being a NCO are Hosting constant Tryouts and even some Simulations/Trainings.
Once you reach the rank of 1st Sergeant [1SG] you will be able to promote Enlisted to the rank of specialist [SPC] 

The Job of 501st Enlisted is to learn how the regiment works. They should participate in Simulations & Trainings to learn and have fun.
