The app, along with all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property, belong to Paweł Gładysz, owner of 5 Seconds Party Game.

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights owned by the Mobile Application Developer or third-parties to you. All rights remain with the Mobile Application Developer, including trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with the Mobile Application or Services. Your use of the Services does not grant any rights to reproduce or use any developer or third-party trademarks. The service is provided for your personal use only.

Fees & Payment
All orders are final. Fees are due as per the rates provided on the website or during the order process. Failure to comply with payment terms entitles 5 Seconds Party Game to suspend services temporarily or terminate the Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty
You agree that using 5 Seconds Party Game is at your own risk and that the service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
