Cause and Effect Scenarios

Choose one of the following scenarios and create your own cause and effect chart like the one we did for strawberries (see below).

• A hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico results in the closing of three oil refineries.
• Hail in the Plains results in the loss of much of the wheat crop.
• A super computer is invented that is five times faster than any other computer.
