Gary Pickardt
Project Manager

Gary Pickardt of Pickardt Performance (2Ps) was the originator of the Jim Gilbert Memorial Build in 2020. Each year, he helps to devise the plan and this year led the tech sessions on the LS4 Mera.

Project Coordinator

Jen Goss, President of Mid-Atlantic Fiero Owners Association, again brings her organizational skills to the table to identify the scope of the project and make sure all the pieces come together.

Matt Goss
Jack of All Trades

Matt Goss' years of experience learning from Jim Gilbert paid off in allowing him to tackle most Fiero projects. This year, Matt continued to help marshal resources and coordinate efforts to pull off what needs to be done.

Matt McGowan

The other half of team M & M, Matt performed critical advisory roles such as car assessment, on-site planning and post-build coordination. Matt's years of industry experience and local knowledge are invaluable.

Cody Kline

Cody was a crucial part of the project planning team and upon arrival, dove into various aspects of the project. Cody didn't have to paint anything this year but he made up for it with his talents in transmission reconfiguration.

Wes Shiring

Wes is always game to learn and this year was no exception. In addition to taking part in the LS4 rebuild, Wes also had the opportunity to do some upgrades on his own 1987 2M4 Convertible.

Tami George

Tami brings humor and moral support to every event and this one was no exception. She was also excited to see how the repairs were done on the convertible, making for a better and safer ride in the year ahead.

Jestin Pickardt

Jestin of Pickardt Performance again brought his considerable mechanical and fabrication skills to the project. He performed a variety of different jobs capitalizing on his vast LS4 experience.

Greg Tripp

Guess who's back? Back again? Chris Greg is back! He pitched in across the board and was instrumental in helping get Sarah's wiring harness worked out.

Fiero Brian

Brian from Baltimore returned this year with Sarah's car in tow AND he also brought his very own 88GT with an LQ1. He helped remove "Eric's new engine" and then had the opportunity to prep his own car for the upcoming driving season - an event anticipated by all.

Pat Roof

Pat floated across projects and also managed to get in some work on his own 87GT throughout the weekend. His vast knowledge of Fieros is always a help with the build!

Brian Dearolf

Brian's first JGMB experience was just that - an experience. He helped to keep things sane, brought tacos and was always game to run errands and be an extra set of hands.

Eric Schneck

Eric was excited that on this trip, even though he rode shotgun, he didn't have to use his trailer to pick anyone up. In fact, his trailer was escorted from the build by another vehicle containing his Formula with a newly installed engine - plug connections optional.

Sarah M

Sarah brought her car this year and was delighted to advance its progress through the weekend with the support of the incredible build team. She was also on hand to assist with projects as needed.

Fred Bartemeyer

First time build attendee and "most knowledgable man in the (Fiero) world" Fred Bartemeyer was an asset to all aspects of the weekend - including ensuring that his bunkmates stayed warm!

Brody G

Like Sarah, Brody isn't yet on the road but he enjoyed learning more about Fieros during his time in Maryland!

Scotty E

Owner of the LS4 Mera, Scott ventured East from Missouri to learn about the work being done on his car and assist where needed. He is eager to get it out on the open road!

Tony Wells

Returning build team member Tony Wells brought his enthusiasm to learn and willingness to help to the weekend. Tony is always ready to lend a helping hand.

Debbie Salada

Deb wasn't able to join us the entire weekend but was happy to join in for the day despite her busy schedule shooting games for PSU.

Alan Ferris

Build first-timer Alan Ferris came down from New Hampshire with his always ready sense of humor and enthusiasm for all things Fiero. He helped out in various ways throughout the weekend.

Ron Yeager

Another first time attendee, Ron Yeager, ventured South with Alan and was an integral part of the repairs performed on several cars during build weekend including going bottoms up into Sarah's GT to repair the wiring harness.

Greg Haggerty

Greg was another first time attendee who came to learn more about the concept and work being done. He lent a hand on several projects, including Sarah's GT.

The "BMore" Crew

Our favorite road trippers also joined the Build for the first time and provided humor and insight Saturday - shout out to Garry Dammons, Kenny McMillan, Vickie Dammons, Dwane Jackson and Jen Jackson for joining in.
