My name is Megann Pawlak. This is my 6th year teaching at Randolph Howell Elementary STEM School. I have taught grades K-3. This is my first year teaching 4th grade.

My husband and I moved here from Wisconsin, with our two boys, 14 years ago. My boys are 14 and 15 now. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and being outdoors either in the Smoky Mountains or on the Appalachian Trail hiking and backpacking and on Percy Priest Lake.

This year is going to be a little different but we will work through this together. I am looking forward to a great 2020-2021 school year!

Hi! My Name is Ms. Tressy Crutchfield. I just moved to Middle TN and currently live in Spring Hill. I enjoy being outdoors and playing with my puppy!

I also enjoy traveling. My most recent trip was to Belize last summer. It was an amazing experience, and I cannot wait to go back!

This will be my 5th year teaching and my first year teaching at Randolph Howell. I am so excited to be a part of such a wonderful community of teachers. Best of all, I’m your child’s 4th grade teacher for the 2020-2021 school year!

Even though this year will look a little different, I am dedicated to doing everything possible to making it a wonderful year!
