The tournament will be:
$30 per personÂ
Limited to 32 participants
Double elimination
Races: Winner side races to 5, Loser side races to 3
Sign up ends at 10:30, play starts at 11
Standard APA 8-ball league rules

Tickets will be sold throughout the event. Drawing will occur prior to the final match. You do not need to be present to win; winners will be notified using the phone number provided on the winning ticket. Tickets will be sold:
$1 = 1 ticket
$5 = 6 tickets
$10 = 20 tickets
$20 = arms length (you can use anyone's arms)

Silent auction rules:
Baskets may be added or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of organizers
All bids are final and binding
No refunds
Basket bidding sheets will be collected at the time of the first break of the final match
The final high "bid" written at time of collection will be considered the winning bid
Other terms and conditions may apply, and will be printed on the bidding sheets
