The tournament will be:
$30 per person
Limited to 32 participants
Double elimination
Races: Winner side races to 5, Loser side races to 3; the final match is a race to 7.
Sign up ends at 10:55 a.m. or once the maximum number of players is reached; play starts at 11 a.m.
Standard APA 8-ball league rules
Tickets will be sold throughout the event. Drawing will occur prior to the final match. You do not need to be present to win; winners will be notified using the phone number provided on the winning ticket. If the winner of the 50/50 is not present, and a working phone number not provided on the ticket, a new winner may be drawn.
$5 = 1 ticket
$20 = 5 tickets
Donated items change per year. In 2025, a signed Shane Van Boening cue ball was auctioned.
Silent auction rules:
Baskets may be added or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of organizers
All bids are final and binding
No refunds
Basket bidding sheets will be collected at a time announced at the tournament, traditionally 4 p.m.
The final high "bid" written at time of collection will be considered the winning bid
Other terms and conditions may apply, and will be printed on the bidding sheets
Baskets and items donated for the 'basket raffle' will vary by year. Please contact 4 Rivers Council of the Blind if you would like to donate items to be raffled.
