4ENDURE was formed to combine the skills, competence and experience of experts in areas of mechanical structures design and monitoring. 4ENDURE is using its own patent «Fatigue mapping process of physical asset» to calculate optimal designs, maintenance intervals and fatigue life of all kinds of structures.

Dag Lindseth Andersen
Bernt is a structural dynamics expert and has extensive experience in strength and stiffness analysis of mechanical systems and structures. He has worked in several industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Diesel and Aeroturbine engines, Marine and Defence. He has also been part-time teaching structural dynamics at USN - University of South-Eastern Norway and teaching specialist Short Courses in Structural Dynamics. Bernt is also experienced in design for strength and stiffness with Composite Materials: GFRP, CFRP, AFRP. Active for the last 25 years with analysis of dynamics, especially how to design to avoid critical resonances.
Dag has a background from ABB and the Norwegian hi-tech company Eltek. He has been working globally since the 1980s, mainly with power generation, power transmission and telecom infrastructure projects. He has held various senior management positions and knows the requirements in terms of operating a business in a global technological environment. In 4ENDURE he contributes with a vast industrial experience and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Using this experience and competence, Bernt established 4ENDURE AS to capitalise on his granted patent «Fatigue mapping process of physical asset». To assist in this endeavour, 4ENDURE has teamed up with experts in the areas of communication, data analytics and sensor technologies, creating a vibrant innovative environment.
Combining the competence in these areas, the team can provide unique insights in all types of fatigue- and stress related issues of materials and structures in form of dashboards, alerts, or even custom application programming interfaces. This forms an excellent foundation for solving product design challenges as well as analysing potential exisisting fatigue problems in products and mechanical structures.
