- **Health & Wellness Data:** Meals, workouts, weight, wellbeing entries, goals, and other health-related data you log.

- **Social Data:** Posts, comments, messages, and interactions within the App.

- Directly from you when you register, update your profile, or use features of the App.
- Automatically through your use of the App (e.g., device and usage data).

- **Encryption in Transit:** All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS, ensuring your information is protected from interception during transfer.
- **Authentication & Access Control:** Access to your data is protected by secure authentication (Supabase Auth). Only you and authorized personnel (where required by law or support) can access your personal data.
- **Row-Level Security:** All user data in our database is protected by row-level security policies, ensuring only you can access your own records.
- **Cloud Security:** Data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on secure cloud infrastructure) with industry-standard protections.
- **No Unencrypted Storage:** We do not store your personal data unencrypted on devices or servers.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
- Personalise your experience
- Facilitate social and health tracking features
