Session Description: Let’s flip the classroom by sending direct instruction materials home and completing application exercises in class! This model of instruction works well for blended classrooms where the emphasis is placed on student autonomy - allowing students to learn at their own pace. Join us for this session on using Microsoft Flip (formerly Flipgrid), Sway, and Forms to facilitate student instruction. This session is appropriate for teachers at all technology levels.
As a result of this session teachers will:
Learn flipped instruction basics;
Explore three tools that can facilitate flipped instruction; and
Plan for the use of flipped instruction in the classroom.
