The app consists of 4 main pages, the home screen, community screen, profile screen, and settings screen, all of which can be accessed through the bottom bar.
The home screen features an area to see all of your tracked days as well as to add new ones. If you choose to add a new one, you can add any details about your workout. The lower half of the home screen dedicated to your goals, where you can add new ones, delete old ones, mark a goal as complete, and make a notification for a specified amount of time to remind yourself of the goal.
The community screen is where you can make a post about your workouts, with a title and whatever else you want to write about. These posts can then be shared with friends on any social media.
The profile screen lets you save some information about yourself, which can be edited, along with some stats about how many posts, goals, and days you’ve logged.
The settings screen allows you to change how far you want notifications to be set for and if you want to use notifications at all
