There are two cabins (Kererū and Pīwakawaka) that can each accommodate up to six people. The cabins are about 3m x 3m with a mezzanine floor accessed by a ladder.
Kererū has a single bed with a rollaway, a set of single bunk beds, and a queen mattress on the mezzanine floor (ladder access, more suitable for kids). The single bed has full bedding; the rollaway and bunks have fitted sheets, pillows and pillow cases.
Pīwakawaka has a queen bed and two bunk beds. The queen bed has full bedding; the bunks have fitted sheets, pillows and pillow cases. The mezzanine floor (ladder access, more suitable for kids) has a queen mattress and limited headroom!
Both cabins are insulated, have lights, power points and a heater in winter but no bathroom facilities. There is a shared ablution facility with three toilets and a hot shower about 50m away. The ablution block is not lined, so it's breezy when the weather's cooler!
