The maximum number of people we can accommodate depends on whether one or two people sleep on queen beds, and whether you use the loft spaces in the cabins, and whether you use mattresses on floors.
What's available:
- queen bed with bedding
- two bunks with bedding
- cot with bedding
- two mattresses on floor with duvets
- queen bed with bedding

- single bed with sheet, pillow and pillow case
- rollaway bed with sheet, pillow and pillow case
- two bunks with sheets and pillows and pillow cases
- double mattress in loft with sheet and pillows and pillow cases
- queen bed with bedding
- two bunks with sheets and pillows and pillow cases
- double mattress in loft with sheet and pillows and pillow cases
- single bed with sheet, pillow and pillow case
- two couches that are long enough to sleep on (but only if your group is the only one using the barn; i.e. it's not being shared).
We can provide some extra sheets, blankets and sleeping bags if needed.
If you take the simple approach of one person per bed, no loft usage and no mattresses on floors, the maximum number of people is 12. But if you put two people on queen beds and use the lofts and floors and couches in the barn, you can get up to 24! And if you bring tents then of course you can have more people on site. If there are more than 12 people staying on site then we will ask you to minimize your shower times and toilet flushing so that our septic tank can cope!
