Each tenant over age of 18 needs to submit his/her own form and credit report.

The application is free if you can provide your credit report. You can
request your own credit report for free here (http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0155-free-credit-reports) or
if your bank shows your credit health or credit score on their portal, you can make a screen shot.
Otherwise, you can submit your application first. After pre-approval, you can get your credit report from Zillow, where Zillow will collect the fee for credit check directly from you.
When you are approved to rent, we will sign the standard lease approved by the state. The template of the lease is available here as pdf file for preview.
