I will not be able to see your individual responses or your completed surveys nor do I have access to your completed surveys.
You can access the surveys until the end of the day on December 11. If you miss taking any survey, you can complete a make-up.

As a UNM Student Experience Program (SEP) faculty fellow, I am committed to providing equitable, inclusive and challenging learning experiences for you in our course. Because of historical inequity within education, we consciously recognize the need for students to experience identity safety, belonging, and instructors who effectively communicate confidence in their abilities.
Part of my SEP training is receiving feedback from you about your experiences in our class. In our course, we are talking a lot about metacognition (thinking about thinking.) We are metacognitive as professionals when we reflect on our practice. Your feedback will help to improve my teaching practice and enhance your learning experiences. Your authentic feedback is critical in this process.
Five times throughout the semester, I will invite you to take a brief survey about your experience in our course. I will use the feedback to understand what practices I need to put in place so that I can support you and other students. Your authentic feedback is important to me, as it will help me improve my teaching practices and be a better instructor for you and other students.
For your generous effort and feedback, Extra credit is given for each survey in LEARN Assignments. For your convenience, Modules will include this survey feature. All you need to do is post the survey completion code. Your feedback will inform me of how I can provide better experiences that are more equitable, engaging and supportive for you and other students.
