Thank you for deciding to commission 42_degrees_of_separation.This policy list is set in place to ensure a streamlined process and avoid miscommunication between the artist and client. By acknowledging through Direct Messages, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the artist. These terms are non-negotiable and the artist reserves the right to deny the request for art if they are not met.

I have listed my Wills and Won'ts below in more detail. I am allowed to deny any request if I don't feel comfortable accepting. 

The art will be expected to be completed in 1-2 weeks. Alongside this deadline, 42_degrees_of_separation gives the client 3 revisions of the sketch and 1 of the final piece before the project is complete. The final products will be delivered as a jpeg or png through (email, direct message, etc).

Payment will only be accepted through PayPal. All other methods are unacceptable and will be refused upon offer. Payment is expected to be sent upon request(or when the mock up is done). I will not refund anything after I start the final drawing.

Subject to change but this artist does not want any commercial usage of the product, do NOT sell or resell my art in any way shape or form. Any commercial use of products using the work of the artist without their permission will result in an immediate revoking of usage.

The intellectual rights of the art belong to the client unless paid for in completion, the product can be revoked from the client if these terms are not upheld post-purchase. 

42_degrees_of_separation does not allow their work to be used in Al learning, generative Al, or the creation of NFTS.

I will need a written acknowledgment over message before I start any part of the commission
