Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM EST and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM EST. We’re closed on Sundays but ready to help whenever you need us.

Yes, we understand plans can change. You can cancel, reschedule, or extend your reservation with notice. To cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled delivery to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 5–7 business days. Cancellations upon delivery are subject to an additional cost.

If you need to extend your rental beyond the 14 days (included with all standard dumpsters), we require 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled pickup. Extensions are billed at $10 per day. Early pickups can be arranged at no extra cost—call us!

No problem! At 413 Dumpster, we want you to get the best value from your rental. Our 10, 12, 15, 20, and 30-yard dumpsters include a 14-day rental period, but if you finish early, you can request a free early pickup.

Call us, and we’ll schedule your dumpster removal—often within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. While early pickups don’t reduce the rental price (as rates are based on size and weight), they help you clear space faster and move on with your project.

Once you complete your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes everything you need: your rental details, receipt, rental contract for e-signing, and a list of prohibited items. If you didn’t receive the email, please get in touch with our team to confirm your address on file.

The prohibited items are also listed directly on our website for easy reference. Following these guidelines helps avoid additional fees and ensures safe, compliant disposal.

Our pricing is flat-rate and transparent—no hidden charges. Your quoted price includes delivery, pickup, a weight allowance, disposal, tax, and all standard environmental fees. Extra charges only apply under specific circumstances:

• Overloading the dumpster beyond the fill line

• Exceeding the weight limit

• Placing prohibited items in the dumpster

• Extending the rental period

• Failed delivery or pickup due to access issues

Any additional charges will be billed to the card on file after pickup and disposal. We strive to avoid surprises by providing detailed confirmations, reminders, and proactive customer communication.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A $25 deposit is required when placing your order. Cash is accepted upon delivery for remaining balances, and checks may be accepted for commercial accounts upon approval.

Please note: We do not accept Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal. Be cautious of online scams posing as 413 Dumpster. Any additional fees (e.g., overweight charges, prohibited items, or failed deliveries) are automatically charged to the card on file.

We aim to make your experience as convenient as possible. While it’s ideal to be present for delivery, it’s not required, as long as you communicate placement instructions when booking.

You don’t need to be present for pickups as long as we have unobstructed access to the dumpster. Our drivers will always notify you via phone call 20–30 minutes before arrival, and a 2-hour delivery or pickup window is available upon request.

Delivery times are scheduled the afternoon before your service date. While we can’t guarantee exact times due to routing and traffic, we’re happy to provide an estimated 2-hour window if you call us on the day of delivery.

Our drivers will also call you directly 30 minutes before arrival. If you have specific time constraints (like gated access, business hours, or other deliveries), let us know in advance, and we’ll work to accommodate your needs.

We do everything possible to protect your property. Our trucks gently lower the dumpster into place with precision, and we recommend laying down a sheet of plywood where the container will rest to avoid minor surface scratches.

Dumpsters should always be placed on hard, level surfaces like concrete or asphalt. While placing a dumpster on grass or soft ground is possible, the weight may leave indentations. If you’d like us to bring driveway protection, just mention it when booking, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
