CANCELLATION POLICY

Need to Cancel or make changes?

Any rescheduling or cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival results in a loss of entire deposit.

Reservations can be changed (moved to a different date) one time without penalty, provided that a 3-day notice is given. A $10 cancellation fee (per reservation) is charged for ALL cancellations made at least 3 days in advance.

HOLIDAY  and  Special Event Policy

Credit Card must be on file.

No refunds for deposits will be given on cancelled Holidays after 30 days prior to Holiday (scheduled event). Cancelled reservations within 30 days prior to reservation results in loss of entire deposit. A refund (less $10) will be given if a 30 day notice of cancelation is given.

Moving or rescheduling Holiday reservations Not allowed with in 30 days prior to arrival.

No shows will be charged for entire reservation to card on file.

**Holidays include: "Easter, Memorial day, Independence Day, Labor day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years"

Camping is an outdoor experience, No refunds or rainchecks on early depatures due to wimbs of mother nature.
