1. Data Minimization & Native Engine We respect your privacy. 40Hz: DEEP_FOCUS_GAMMA is designed to minimize data collection. All core audio generation (our C++/Oboe native engine) runs entirely on your device and does not send your audio usage data to any servers.
2. Data We Collect We receive limited information necessary to run and improve the App. This differes by tier:
Automatically (All Users): We collect anonymized diagnostics (e.g., crash reports, Oboe audio thread logs) to improve App stability and performance. We use Google Firebase Crashlytics for this.
Paid Tier (Ad-Free): If you purchase the ad-free upgrade, we disable all third-party advertising data collection. Your payment is processed securely through Google Play Billing; we do not receive or store your financial information.
3. Advertising Data (Free Tier Only) The free version of the App serves ads. Third-party ad networks (primarily Google AdMob) automatically receive limited device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant, personalized ads and measure ad performance.
We do not have access to or control over this data. To stop personalized ads, you can:
Adjust your Android device settings (Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalization").
Upgrade to the Paid Tier within the App.
Retention: We retain anonymized diagnostic data (crash reports) for a maximum of 90 days to ensure app stability across different Android versions. Local app settings (e.g., focus timers, 3D mode preferences) are stored only on your device and are permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.
Deletion Rights & Instructions: Users have the right to request the deletion of any data we may have collected.
Local Data: You can delete all local data and preferences by uninstalling the app from your device settings.
Service Provider Data: To request the deletion of anonymized diagnostic data associated with your device ID, please contact us at bronzefloor66@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time through your Android device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
