We are seeking multiple positions:

Full-time:

• Looking for 2-3 motivated individuals to join our team in a multi-faceted role

  • Duties/Responsibilities to include:

    • Landscaping 2-3 days/week

    • Morning pool openings/cleanings, evening pool closings

    • Common area cleaning

    • Grill cleaning

    • Trash services

    • General Property Maintenance

  • Competitive Pay ($18+/hr DOE)

  • 40+ hours/week May-Sept, 40 hours/week March, April & October

    • OPTION OF EITHER:

      • 25 hours/week Nov-Feb with partial layoff

      • full layoff

  • Generous PTO program for year-round employees 

  • Christmas Bonus & Profit Sharing Program for return employees

Part-time (May-September)

• Morning pool openers/cleaners, Evening pool closers

• Cleaning staff

  • Both positions offer a flexible schedule, work as many or as few hours/days as desired

  • Perfect, fun summer job for retirees, students, or teachers

  • Competitive Pay ($17+/hr DOE)

  • Christmas Bonus
