This conference celebrates the 60th birthday of Jongil Park, a notable figure renowned for his profound contributions to the fields of geometric topology and algebraic geometry. His expertise primarily lies in the exploration of smooth 4-manifolds and associated subjects. His research encompasses a wide spectrum, including investigations into exotic smooth structures of 4-manifolds, the development of complex surface constructions, classification of symplectic fillings, Lefschetz fibrations, knot surgery problems, and more. Furthermore, since 2023, Jongil has held the esteemed position of President within the Korean Mathematical Society.

Hotel and Venue:

Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel is the designated accommodation for the conference (학회지정숙소: 오션스위츠 제주 호텔). All lectures will take place in the CANOLA Hall (캐놀라홀) on the 2nd floor.
