Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using 3uTools Guide ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Educational Purpose Only

3uTools Guide provides tutorials, guides, references, and troubleshooting information for general informational and educational purposes only. It is your responsibility to determine whether any instruction is appropriate for your device and situation.

2. No Affiliation

3uTools Guide is an independent, unofficial guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with 3uTools, Apple Inc., or any other company mentioned. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and used for descriptive purposes only.

3. Assumption of Risk — Important

Modifying devices, flashing firmware, restoring, jailbreaking, or following any technical procedure carries inherent risk, including data loss, voided warranties, or permanent damage ("bricking") to your device.

You follow any instruction in the App entirely at your own risk.

We strongly recommend backing up your data before performing any procedure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any damage, data loss, warranty issues, or other harm resulting from your use of the information in the App.

4. No Warranty

The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that content is accurate, current, or error-free, or that the App will be uninterrupted or secure.

5. AI Assistant

The App includes an AI Assistant that can run either on your device or, in its online mode, by sending your message to our third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a response. How your messages are handled in each mode is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on them as professional, medical, legal, or safety advice. Verify important information independently before acting on it. The Assistant is provided only to help with 3uTools and Apple device topics; it is not a general-purpose assistant, and its answers are generated automatically without human review.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. A lifetime purchase, where offered, is a one-time, non-recurring purchase.

Except as required by law or Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are handled by Apple.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.

• Copy, redistribute, or resell the App's content without permission.

• Use the AI Assistant to generate, request, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content, or to attempt to bypass its intended 3uTools/Apple-device scope or safety limitations.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content created by us is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or device functionality, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, and may update these Terms; changes are posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
