Mike Tambe

Senior Director, Gong

Mike is currently a Sr Director and Data and Analytics at Gong where leads all data efforts to optimize the end to end customer journey. This includes metrics, visualization, deep dive analyses, and machine learning systems. Prior to Gong he worked at Amazon Ads focusing on building data products to help Amazon Ads' sellers deliver the right insight to the right advertiser at the right time. Prior to Amazon he worked at LinkedIn running a team that built data products and machine learning systems to optimize the end to end customer journey.  This includes optimizing sales planning, prioritizing sales outreach, and optimizing the efficiency of marketing spend.

Florian Hatt

Director, Expedia

Florian brings over 15 years of experience in leveraging data and machine learning across diverse business domains. His journey began with sales analytics at Google, followed by pricing operations and machine learning work at Expedia. More recently, Florian has focused on empowering Expedia’s B2B supply partners, including hotels, vacation rentals, and flights, through advanced ML/AI models. These models optimize how supply partners engage with Expedia travel platform. As the leader of a team of machine learning scientists, Florian is dedicated to enhancing every stage of the suppliers’ partner journey. From lead acquisition and onboarding to optimization recommendations, churn prevention, and task automation, Florian ensures that partners receive valuable insights. His team also collaborates on improving partners’ experiences through multiple communication channels at Expedia.

Florian holds Master’s degrees in Business Management and Organizational Research. 

Changshuai Wei

Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, LinkedIn

Changshuai is Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer at LinkedIn. He oversees GTM AI efforts across marketing, sales and support, and leads LinkedIn’s large-scale marketing optimization covering 2B and 2C products for owned and paid channels (NOAH). Prior to joining LinkedIn, he worked at Snap, Expedia, and Amazon on a variety of domains, including recommender systems, bidding, search, and personalization. Before entering the industry, he obtained his PhD from Michigan State University in 2014 and subsequently worked as an assistant professor at the University of North Texas from 2014-2017. His research focuses on statistics and machine learning, with applications in healthcare and the internet industries.


Navneet Rao

Director in Engineering, Thumbtack

Navneet Rao is a Director of Engineering at Thumbtack, a leading consumer-facing marketplace for local & home services in the US. His teams focus on evolving the end-to-end search & booking experience for millions of US homeowners, driving over 50 user-facing experiments annually in areas like search relevance, search ranking & semantic search. Previously, as a machine learning engineer, he tackled diverse challenges at companies like Thumbtack & IBM. He is an alumnus of the Language Technologies Institute (LTI), at the School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University.
