1. What about the presentation guidelines?

For our presentation guidelines please have a look in this section.

2. Accommodation during the field trip?

Our accommodation during the field trip will be the following:

• Hotel & Gasthof "Zum goldenen Hirsch", Hauptstraße 29, 98553 Sankt Kilian OT Hirschbach
• SL'otel – Budget, Breite Straße 62, 06406 Bernburg

We will provide double bedrooms. Dependent on the capacities of the accommodation at the date of arrival, single rooms for extra costs might be available.

3. Is there any reduction or financial support for registration and field trip for the younger researchers?

We offer reduced student fees for registration: Early Student* 100 EUR; Student* 150 EUR

*A valid student ID is needed as proof for the discounted fee.

Deadline early bird registration: 30 June 2019

There is no reduction of the costs for the field trip possible. We essentially have to cover exactly these costs for all participants.

We are supported by IAS and SEPM. You can find information about Travel Grants here.

4. Is it possible to pay the fee via any credit cards?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept credit cards right now due to technical reasons within the university administration.

Please pay by bank transfer to the account provided in your invoice or by cash (higher costs) at the registration desk.
