Greetings! My name is Mrs. Stern and I am the 3rd-4th grade teacher at GES. I have been a teacher for fifteen years, and am excited to start my first year in Grafton. I am passionate about outdoor education and strive to create curriculum that reflects this interest. In addition to my love of nature, I enjoy sharing good books with my students as well as inspiring them to write about what is important to them. I use a Math Workshop approach that encourages collaboration and group problem solving. Believing that the learning process must be a joyous one for all, I am looking forward to getting to know the interests of each of my students and supporting their passions as we become a community of learners over the next academic year.
