New Busines model for Hydrogen GAS Storage Tanks

In each country, they like to do mass production of hydrogen tanks for passenger size, bus, or heavy truck Type IV 700 hydrogen vehicles. However, they additionally need technology to design and manufacture Eco-friendly recyclable, and more affordable hydrogen tanks. We provide such technical services and licenses to these companies, according to their specific capacity and application. 

3P.COM was launched and began to provide technical services in early 2020 with active support from the Korean government as a small-size startup (materials, parts, and equipment) supporting projects. Our key technology are how to render hydrogen tanks recyclable eco-friendly and manufactured 30% lower than the existing price.

3P.COM designs hydrogen tanks with a design methodology and in-house tools, manufactures prototype tanks with dedicated machines, and performs burst/cyclic tests in accordance with industrial safety standards.


1. Design

The durability varies depending on how the hydrogen pressure vessel is designed, and it can pass the national standard safety test.

2. Winding operation

It increased high-quality pressure containers and productivity by increasing the sophistication of manufacturing technologies acquired during repeated prototype production and production, minimizing production process errors, and the efficiency of manpower placement.

3. Safety Experiment

For the safety of produced prototypes, experiments are systematically conducted in accordance with industrial safety standards. In order to take responsibility for the safety of consumers, drop tests, explosion tests, and low-temperature and high-temperature tests are being conducted in accordance with strict safety standards.

Various hydrogen pressure containers are being manufactured depending on the demand source of the industry. Various sizes of containers introduced at JEC world in 2023 and heavy iron storage containers that have already been commercialized are being manufactured.
