The space
Interior amenities include acacia hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances, All-Clad cookware, Ceasarstone counters, Ann Sacks tiled bathroom with walk in Hansgrohe shower and heated marble flooring, dimmable LED lighting throughout, Spectrum Wi-Fi, newer contemporary furniture and other high end finishes. It's hard to find a vacation rental in Manzanita, or on the coast for that matter, that isn't dark, dated or decorated by your grandma.
The interior layout, designed by TVA Architects of Portland, is open while still intimate. Both bedrooms feature new queen size beds, new carpeting and the larger bedroom has a ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Another ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV is in living area. You also have your own private backyard complete with modern patio furniture, fire pit, charcoal & electric grills and golf course views.
Our favorite part of staying at 3ONE8? Sipping fresh coffee on the back patio in the morning (or cold IPA at cocktail hour) and watching the birds and squirrels play in the pine trees and watching the golfer's terrible tee shots into the 6th green - all while hearing the ocean in the background.
