What is 3i?

It is a problem solver with an artistic and creative aptitude. It is building everything to the best of its ability but is also open to learning new and better ways. It is an expression of passion and dicipline.

Uncompromising integrity in craftsmanship and standard of service. Using innovative solutions to make products of quality. Imagining and collaborating on your vision.

3i is Integrity, Innovation, and Imagination.

Education and Experience

I majored in Fine Arts with a minor in Psychology at Oklahoma Christian after graduating high school in 2006. After finding a company called ANA Custom Millwork led by two great, and distinctly different, leaders who taught me trim work, cabinetry, and furniture building, but also leadership and humility. While there, I gained not only skills in woodworking but an admiration for the craft and my fellow carpenters.

I built this company from pieces. Here and there, gathering bits of knowledge or resources. Some pieces have been sought after and some were not. Sometimes you find things that you want to keep while traveling life's path. Sometimes you are handed things that you must now carry. Sometimes in life, it is not about choosing the path but it is simply doing what you can, with what you have, where you are, to make a way forward.
