Entering the equine world requires mastering the basics. Learning the approach and communication with learning EAL or Emotional Animal Literacy.

3F empowers teenage girls and women to take charge of their lives and become responsible, contributing adults while caring for and understanding the Equines.

 Be a part of visits from our partnered equine professionals during routine and emergency events; gaining knowledge about horses from the inside out.

Our professional partners include blacksmiths, osteopaths, chiropractors, and veterinarians.

Volunteer opportunities are available alongside 3F at community events, including senior days, fundraisers, and off-site continuing education events with our partners.

Commitment Hours - 100 hours (to be completed by February 15th, 2025), Starting January 1st, 2025.

This is an unpaid internship.

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded, with the possibility of additional leadership awards.

Interns who complete this program may have the opportunity to apply for a paid internship to an upcoming 3F Ranch & Boarding's 16-week, 3F Equine Mentor Program.
