• Trigger false SOS alerts or misuse emergency features.

• Interfere with servers, networks, or security systems.

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data.

• Use the App in a way that may endanger others or violate laws.

We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

4. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide:

• Name

• Phone number

• Emergency contact details

You agree to provide accurate and updated information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining correct emergency contact details.

• Ensuring your device has connectivity, battery, and permissions enabled.

• Using the App responsibly.

We are not liable for failures caused by incorrect information provided by you.

5. SOS Alert Functionality

By activating an SOS alert, you expressly authorize the App to:

• Share your registered information.

• Transmit your location (if enabled).

• Notify your selected emergency contacts.

You acknowledge that alert delivery depends on:

• Internet/network availability

• Device status

• Third-party services beyond our control

6. NOT a Replacement for Emergency Services

3 FAM is a technology assistance tool only.

It:

• Is NOT an emergency response service.

• Does NOT contact police, ambulance, or government authorities.

• Does NOT guarantee rescue, response, or intervention.

In an emergency, you must contact local emergency services directly.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be:

• Uninterrupted

• Error-free

• Always available

• Compatible with all devices or OS versions

The App may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance

• Technical failures

• Force majeure events

• Third-party outages

8. Subscription and Payments

8.1 Paid Features

Certain features may require a paid subscription through the respective app store.

8.2 Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required under applicable law or mandated by platform policies (Apple App Store / Google Play).

No refunds will be provided for:

• Unused subscription period

• Change of mind

• Device incompatibility

• Failure to use the App

• Accidental purchase (subject to store rules)

8.3 Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the app store settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

• Security or accuracy

• Availability at all times

We do not warrant that defects or bugs will be corrected immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, 3 FAM, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Failure or delay of SOS alerts

• Network or device malfunction

• Loss of data or connectivity

• Personal injury or safety incidents

• Third-party service failures

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

11. User Acknowledgment of Risk

You acknowledge that:

• Technology cannot guarantee personal safety.

• The App may fail due to reasons beyond control.

• You remain responsible for your own safety planning.

The App is an aid, not a guarantee.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including:

• Software

• Design

• Features

• Trademarks

• Content

are owned by 3 FAM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The intellectual property rights in this App belong exclusively to its owner. All applicable trademarks, copyrights, and patents have been duly filed, and registrations are pending where applicable.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to misuse, reproduce, or replicate the App’s core features, in whole or in part, may result in legal action.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• For violation of these Terms

• For misuse of SOS functionality

• To comply with legal obligations

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh.
