PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: July 9, 2026
1. Introduction
Q7 Labs ("we," "our," "us," or the "Company") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals who download, install, access, or otherwise use our mobile application, 3D Rolling Icon: Live Launcher (the "App"), distributed through the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is intended to provide you with a clear, comprehensive, and transparent explanation of how we collect, use, process, store, disclose, and protect information in connection with your use of the App, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") for users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA") for California residents, and Google Play's Developer Program Policies and User Data Policy.
This Policy forms a legally binding part of the terms governing your use of the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should not download, install, or continue using the App, and you should uninstall it from your device.
We reserve the right to amend, update, or otherwise modify this Policy from time to time, as described further in the "Changes to This Policy" section below, to reflect changes in our data practices, legal or regulatory requirements, or the functionality of the App.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies exclusively to information collected through your use of the App. It governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information that occurs as a direct result of your interaction with the App's features, including but not limited to icon customization, live wallpaper application, theme selection, and in-app settings.
This Policy does not extend to, and we assume no responsibility for, information collected through any other means, including but not limited to: other websites operated by Q7 Labs or any affiliated or unaffiliated third party; other mobile or desktop applications not directly published by Q7 Labs; or any offline collection of information that does not directly relate to your use of the App.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Data Safety section published for the App on the Google Play Store, which is intended to reflect, in summary form, the more detailed data practices described in this document. In the event of any perceived inconsistency between this Policy and the Google Play Data Safety section, this Policy shall serve as the authoritative and complete statement of our data practices, and we commit to promptly reconciling any such discrepancy.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information in a manner designed to be limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App, consistent with the principle of data minimization recognized under applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR.
3.1 Information Collected Automatically
In the course of operating the App, certain information is collected automatically through your device and your interactions with the App, without requiring any affirmative action on your part beyond installing and using the App. This includes:
Device Identifiers: We collect device-level identifiers, including your Google Advertising ID (or equivalent identifier for resettable advertising identification), device model, manufacturer, and operating system version. This information is collected for the purposes of enabling advertisement delivery and measurement, supporting analytics functions, and ensuring the App functions correctly across the diversity of Android devices in the marketplace.
App Activity Data: We collect information relating to your interaction with specific features of the App, including which icon animation styles you select (such as Rolling, Floating, Spinning, Hearting, or 3D Spinning), which wallpapers or themes you apply, and the general duration and frequency of your sessions within the App. This information is used to personalize your in-app experience and to inform our ongoing product development efforts.
App Performance and Diagnostic Data: We collect technical diagnostic information, including crash logs, stack traces, instances of the application failing to respond ("ANR" events), and other performance-related data. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of identifying, diagnosing, and remedying technical defects, and for improving the overall stability and performance of the App.
Network Information: We collect limited information regarding your device's network connectivity status and connection type, which is used solely to determine whether the App is able to download wallpaper assets, animation resources, or other content requiring an internet connection.
3.2 Information You Provide Directly
Certain information is collected only as a direct and voluntary result of actions you take within the App:
Gallery Images: Where you affirmatively choose to select a photograph from your device's local image gallery for use as a background image within the App (for example, in connection with the Floating Icon or Wallpaper features), we access only the specific image file you select. We do not access, scan, index, or otherwise process any other images stored on your device, and access is limited strictly to the image(s) you have explicitly chosen.
App Preferences and Settings: We collect and store your chosen preferences within the App, including your selected display language, chosen icon animation style, customized physics parameters (including but not limited to speed, gravity, bounce intensity, and icon size), and selected background or wallpaper theme.
Voluntary Feedback: In the event that you choose to submit a rating, written review, or support inquiry to us — whether through the Google Play Store review mechanism, an in-app feedback form, or direct correspondence via email — we collect and retain the content of that communication in order to respond to your inquiry and to improve the App based on user feedback.
3.3 Information We Do Not Collect
For the avoidance of doubt, and in the interest of full transparency, we affirmatively state that the App does not collect, and we have no intention of collecting, the following categories of information: your legal name; your email address (except where you voluntarily provide it for the purpose of contacting our support team); your precise or approximate GPS location; the contents of your device's contact list; your call logs or SMS/text message content; or any audio or visual data captured through your device's microphone or camera. Should our data collection practices change in the future to include any of these categories, we will update this Policy accordingly and, where required by law, obtain your prior consent.
4. Permissions Requested by the App
In order to deliver the core functionality of the App, we request the following Android system permissions. Each permission is requested strictly on a "need-to-use" basis, consistent with Google Play's policy that developers request only those permissions that are necessary to implement current features or services within the app.
INTERNET
This permission is required to enable the App to load live wallpaper assets, icon animation resources, and to display advertisements served through our third-party advertising partners. Without this permission, core content within the App could not be downloaded or displayed.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
This permission allows the App to check whether an active internet connection is available prior to attempting to download wallpaper assets or other online content, thereby allowing the App to present an appropriate error message (such as our "No Internet Connection" screen) rather than failing silently.
SET_WALLPAPER
This permission is required to allow the App to programmatically apply a selected image or live wallpaper configuration to your device's Home Screen, Lock Screen, or both, upon your explicit request.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
This is classified by Google as a restricted, sensitive permission. It is required because the App's core functionality — namely, allowing you to apply rolling, floating, spinning, hearting, and 3D spinning animation effects to icons representing your installed applications — necessarily requires the App to enumerate the list of applications installed on your device. Without this permission, the App would be unable to display your installed apps for selection and customization, which is the fundamental purpose of the App as a launcher and icon customization tool.
You retain full control over these permissions at all times. You may review, grant, or revoke any of the permissions listed above by navigating to your device's Settings menu, selecting "Apps," locating "3D Rolling Icon: Live Launcher," and selecting "Permissions." Please be advised that revoking certain permissions, particularly QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES or SET_WALLPAPER, may result in the partial or complete loss of functionality of the corresponding features within the App.
5. How We Use Your Information
The information described in the "Information We Collect" section above is used by us for the following purposes, each of which is necessary or beneficial to the operation of the App or to our legitimate business interests:
To operate, maintain, and deliver the core features and functionality of the App, including but not limited to icon animation rendering, live wallpaper application, and theme customization;
To serve advertisements within the App through our third-party advertising partners, and to measure the performance, delivery, and effectiveness of such advertisements;
To diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, software defects, and stability problems affecting the App;
To analyze aggregated and, where applicable, de-identified usage patterns and trends in order to inform the design, prioritization, and development of future features and improvements to the App;
To respond to your support inquiries, feedback, and other communications directed to us;
To comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and enforce our Terms of Use and this Policy, including to investigate potential violations thereof.
We do not use the information we collect for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes disclosed in this Policy, and we do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
6. Advertising & Third-Party Services
The App generates revenue in part through the display of advertisements delivered via Google AdMob and its connected advertising technology partners. In jurisdictions where applicable law requires that we obtain your consent prior to processing your data for personalized advertising purposes — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with similar consent-based advertising regulations — we implement Google's User Messaging Platform ("UMP") SDK to present you with a consent management interface prior to the serving of personalized advertisements.
Through this consent interface, where presented to you, you are provided with the ability to: (a) provide affirmative consent to the collection and use of your advertising identifier and related data for the purpose of serving personalized advertisements; (b) elect to receive non-personalized advertisements instead, where such an option is made available in your jurisdiction; and (c) subsequently withdraw or modify your previously given consent at any time, generally accessible through a designated consent management option within the App's Settings menu, where implemented.
The App integrates a number of third-party advertising software development kits ("SDKs") for the purpose of advertising mediation and delivery. Each of the following named third-party providers may independently collect, process, and use device identifiers and related usage data in accordance with their own respective privacy policies, over which we exercise no direct control:
AdMob (Google): https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543?hl=en
AppLovin: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/

Mintegral: https://www.mintegral.com/en/privacy
Pangle: https://www.pangleglobal.com/privacy/enduser-en
InMobi: https://www.inmobi.com/privacy-policy/
Your consent status, along with associated advertising identifiers, may be shared with these providers in accordance with Google's EU User Consent Policy and other applicable regional consent frameworks. We do not control the data practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review each of their respective privacy policies for a complete understanding of how they collect, process, and use your information. We require, to the extent within our control, that any third-party code integrated into the App is compliant with Google Play's Developer Program Policies, including with respect to the prohibition on the sale of personal and sensitive user data. We periodically review the list of integrated SDKs to ensure that this section, and our corresponding Google Play Data Safety declaration, remain accurate and consistent with the actual technical implementation of the App.
7. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not, and will not, sell your personal information to any third party. We may, however, share limited categories of information under the following circumstances, each of which is consistent with the purposes disclosed elsewhere in this Policy:
With our advertising, analytics, and crash reporting partners, as more fully described in the "Advertising & Third-Party Services" section above, for the purposes described therein;
With third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting or infrastructure providers, subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with applicable law;
Where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), or a valid and lawful request from a competent governmental or regulatory authority;
Where necessary to protect and defend the rights, property, or personal safety of Q7 Labs, our users, or members of the public, including in connection with the investigation of suspected fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Use; and
In connection with any actual or prospective merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business or assets, in which case information may be disclosed to the parties involved in such transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and, where required by applicable law, notice to affected users.
8. Data Retention
We retain device identifiers, app activity data, and related usage information only for so long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such information was collected, as described in this Policy. As a general matter, this means we retain such information for the duration of the period during which the App remains installed on your device, together with a limited additional period thereafter as may be reasonably necessary for the purposes of aggregated analytics reporting. We may retain information for a longer period where required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements. Where feasible, information that is no longer necessary for these purposes is deleted or anonymized such that it can no longer reasonably be associated with a specific device or individual.
9. International Data Transfers
Given the global nature of mobile application distribution and the international operations of our third-party service providers and advertising partners, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including but not limited to the United States and other jurisdictions in which our service providers maintain data processing infrastructure. Such countries may have data protection laws that differ from, and may be less protective than, the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
Where such international transfers occur and are subject to the requirements of the GDPR, UK GDPR, or other applicable cross-border data transfer regulations, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent mechanisms, to ensure that an adequate level of protection is applied to your information regardless of where it is processed.
10. Data Security
We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, taking into account the nature of the information collected and the risks associated with its processing. These measures include, where applicable, restricting access to information on a need-to-know basis and requiring appropriate contractual data protection commitments from our third-party service providers.
Notwithstanding these measures, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot and do not warrant or guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored by us or our service providers.
11. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction of residence, you may have certain legal rights with respect to the information we hold about you, which may include, without limitation, the right to: be informed of the categories of information we collect, use, and share about you and the purposes for such processing; request access to information associated with your device identifier that we hold; request the correction of inaccurate information; request the deletion of information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by applicable law; object to, or request the restriction of, certain categories of processing; and withdraw any consent previously given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
In addition to these legal rights, we provide you with the following practical choices to control how your information is collected and used:
Managing Permissions: You may review, grant, or revoke any Android system permission granted to the App at any time by navigating to your device's Settings, selecting "Apps," locating "3D Rolling Icon: Live Launcher," and selecting "Permissions." Please note that revoking certain permissions, particularly QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES or SET_WALLPAPER, may result in the partial or complete loss of functionality of the corresponding features within the App.
Advertising Choices: You may opt out of personalized advertising at the device level by navigating to Settings, then Google, then Ads, and selecting "Opt out of Ads Personalization." You may also reset your device's Advertising ID at any time through your device's privacy or Google account settings, and you may adjust your consent preferences through the in-app User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent interface, where presented to you based on your jurisdiction.
Uninstalling the App: You may uninstall the App at any time, which immediately and permanently ceases all further local collection of information by the App.
To exercise any of the legal rights described in this Section, or to make any other privacy-related inquiry, please contact us using the details provided in the "Contact Us" section of this Policy. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a resident of the State of California, you are afforded certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"), with respect to the personal information we collect about you. These rights may include, subject to certain exceptions provided under California law:
The right to know what categories of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold about you, and the specific pieces of such information;
The right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you;
The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, noting that we affirmatively do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA/CPRA;
The right to correct inaccurate personal information; and
The right to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising any of the rights afforded to you under the CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request to us using the contact details provided in the "Contact Us" section of this Policy. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to fulfilling any such request, consistent with the requirements of applicable law.
13. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are located within the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the processing of your personal data through the App is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and, where applicable, the UK GDPR as retained in UK domestic law. Under these frameworks, you are entitled to exercise the following rights, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in the applicable regulation:
The right of access to your personal data;
The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances;
The right to restrict processing in certain circumstances;
The right to data portability, where technically feasible and applicable;
The right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests; and
The right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
You further have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement, if you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law.
Legal Basis for Processing: Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases, as applicable to the specific processing activity in question:
Consent: Where required by applicable law, we rely on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent as the legal basis for processing your advertising identifier for the purpose of serving personalized advertisements, and for any non-essential analytics processing. You have the right to withdraw such consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Legitimate Interests: We rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining, securing, and improving the App — including through crash diagnostics, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and general product improvement — provided that such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Performance of a Contract: To the extent that our provision of the App's features and functionality to you constitutes the performance of a contract, we process certain information as necessary to perform that contract.
Compliance with Legal Obligations: Where necessary, we process information in order to comply with our obligations under applicable law, including responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.
14. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to, marketed toward, or intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13), or such other minimum age as may be established by applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence (including, where applicable, the requirements of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA")). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.
In the event that we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable minimum age without the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, as required by applicable law, we will take prompt steps to delete such information from our systems. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately using the details provided in the "Contact Us" section of this Policy so that we may take appropriate action.
15. Third-Party Links & Content
The App may, from time to time, contain links to third-party websites, may display wallpaper or thematic content sourced from third-party content libraries, or may present advertisements operated and controlled by third-party advertising networks. Any such third-party websites, content, or advertisements are governed by the privacy policies and terms of use of the respective third parties, and not by this Policy. We do not review, control, or assume any responsibility for the privacy or data handling practices of any such third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies carefully before choosing to engage with any such third-party content, links, or services
16. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend, update, or otherwise revise this Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes in our data collection or processing practices, changes in applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or changes to the features and functionality of the App. Any such changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Where changes are material in nature — for example, where they involve a significant change in the purpose or manner in which we process your personal information — we will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include an in-app notification or a prompt to review the updated Policy, and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your renewed consent prior to implementing such changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
17. Contact Us
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy, our data collection and processing practices, or wish to exercise any of the rights described herein, please do not hesitate to contact us using the details below.
