3D Mechanic - Terms of Use (EULA)

1.Acceptance
By downloading or using 3D Mechanic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use 3D Mechanic on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3.Purchases
The Suspension module is free. All other modules are unlocked by Full Garage, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase with no recurring charge. There are no subscriptions. The current price is shown in the app and on the App Store and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The purchase supports Family Sharing and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using Restore Purchases in the app.
4.Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms; we cannot grant refunds directly.
5.Educational content disclaimer
3D Mechanic is provided for general educational purposes only. Its models, animations, specifications, and instructions are simplified illustrations and are not a repair manual, professional mechanical advice, or a substitute for the service documentation of the vehicle manufacturer. Do not rely on the app when working on a real vehicle; always follow the procedures, torque values, and safety precautions of the manufacturer, and consult a qualified technician.
6.Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7.Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any damage to vehicles or injury arising from work performed on a vehicle.
9.Apple
These Terms are between you and A I K A T E K LTD only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or handle any claims relating to the app.
10.Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
