Description of Service 3D Image Warp provides a tool to adjust the perspective and dimensions of images directly on your Canva canvas. The App is provided as a productivity utility.
License and Use We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms and Canva's overarching Terms of Use. You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the mathematical rendering, image transformations, or perspective alignments will be error-free. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and quality of the generated content before final publication.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall the developer of 3D Image Warp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Modifications to the App We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
