Overview

3Dfi FloorPlan Visualizer lets you import a 2D floor plan, generate a 3D render, and sync your history across devices when signed in. The app offers free credits for new users and in-app purchases to buy additional credits. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

Account and authentication data

To use the app you create an account, sign in with Google, or sign in with Apple. We receive your email address (or a private relay email if you choose to hide your email with Apple) and an authentication identifier from Firebase Authentication to keep you signed in and secure your data. If you use Sign in with Apple with the "Hide My Email" option, Apple provides a unique relay address that forwards to your real email.

Purchases and payment data

The app offers in-app purchases to buy additional generation credits. All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card details or billing address. We only receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase was completed, the product identifier, and the transaction ID, which we use to add credits to your account. Your credit balance and purchase history are stored in Firebase Firestore linked to your user ID.

Support communications

If you contact support, we will receive your name, email address, and any details or attachments you provide. We use that information only to respond to your request.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate your account, generate 3D renders, and sync your history across devices. Your data is tied to your Firebase user ID.

Cloud sync and storage

When you are signed in, your renders and related metadata (title, notes, favorites, and reference links) are stored in Firebase Firestore, and render images are stored in Firebase Storage so they can be restored on new devices.

Third-party processing

When you tap Generate, the floor plan image is first analyzed by Google Gemini to verify it is an appropriate floor plan before the 3D render is generated. This automated check helps ensure the service is used for its intended purpose. The image and a prompt are then sent to the Google Gemini API to create the render. We also use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage for account management and cloud sync, Apple's Sign in with Apple service for authentication, and Apple's App Store for processing in-app purchases. These providers process data on their servers and govern it under their own terms and privacy policies.

Local storage

Generated images and metadata (title, notes, and references) are stored locally on your device in the app's Documents directory. When signed in, a cloud copy is stored for sync and restore.

Sharing and analytics

We do not sell your data and the app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

Your choices

You can delete saved items from the History tab to remove local and cloud copies tied to your account. You can also clear all history, sign out, or uninstall the app to remove local data. If you need help removing cloud data, contact us at vinnovationapps@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
