3. Use of Google Firebase

Our app uses services provided by Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.). This includes Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging. The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in app analytics and stability).

Firebase may collect data such as app instance IDs, IP addresses (shortened), device information, and usage data.

4. Use of Google Vertex AI

Our app uses Google Vertex AI, a cloud-based service by Google that enables the deployment and execution of AI models, especially for natural language processing, image analysis, or prediction tasks. Vertex AI is operated by Google Cloud EMEA Ltd., Dublin, Ireland.

The use of Vertex AI is based either on the performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) or on our legitimate interest in offering innovative features (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

When using Vertex AI, user inputs (e.g., text entries or uploaded content for analysis) may be transferred to and processed on Google servers. Where possible, data is pseudonymized. Please refrain from entering sensitive or personally identifiable information into free text fields.
