Egas Moniz - CRL is a reference in Health education in Portugal. It encompasses two schools, Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde Egas Moniz and Escola Superior de Saúde Egas Moniz, having more than 2 500 students and over 400 faculty members. It offers graduations, master's degrees and postgraduate courses in the health area. Besides the academic offer, training of students and research, Egas Moniz also provides health care and other services to the community through its  clinics and Senior Residence, which develop an important action of social support. The University campus is located at Monte da Caparica, Lisbon.
